Introduction to Year 4

Welcome to Year 4! Our classroom not only follows but also extends beyond the national curriculum, incorporating a variety of enriching activities, such as Forest School and swimming. This year, students will have the opportunity to learn how to play an instrument and showcase their musical talents at the Hallé. We implement Quality First Teaching to ensure that each student's individual needs are met, fostering a love of learning and personal development. Parents are encouraged to be actively involved in their child's learning journey. We look forward to a successful and enjoyable year ahead!

PE will take place every Tuesday and Wednesday, but pupils must always have their PE kit in school.

Homework will be assigned every Friday and will be due the following Friday. Pupils will be encouraged to participate in and complete their reading challenge and practise their times tables on TTRS (Times Tables Rock Stars).
